Sample coordination — Samples are produced, photographed in detail, measured, and shipped to the buyer for physical evaluation.
Video calls with manufacturers — We coordinate and facilitate video calls with the factory management. We handle translation where needed.
Real-time production updates — During production, we provide periodic photographic and video updates from the factory floor.
